Missing Person: Renee M. Pernice, Male, Arkansas City, Date of Birth: 04/28/1973, Renee was last seen by her husband at their home. Her purse and car keys were left at her home but her cell phone was found discarded on a city street.Renee works as a nursing instructor at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.Her family says that is out of character for her to leave her job and children without notice. Foul play is suspected.Shon Pernice, charged with the 2009 murder of his wife Renee Pernice, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in February 2012. Prosecutors first charged Pernice with first-degree murder, but reduced the charged in exchange for the plea agreement.Pernice confessed he put Renee’s body in the trash.
